Congratulations on your acceptance to Pitt Community College! New Student Orientation is the beginning of your journey at PCC, and it is where you will receive the tools needed to be successful during your time as a new student. We are excited to provide you this experience in the Craig F. Goess Student Center for Spring 2025 admitted students only, along with providing the option to complete your orientation through a scheduled virtual session or a self-guided orientation experience.
If you are unable to attend the in-person session, or you wish to get started sooner, the Online New Student Orientation can be completed at your own pace. The self-guided session will cover our academic policies, registration procedures, and support services vital to your successful transition and continued success at Pitt Community College.
To activate your account, complete the following steps:
- Locate your PCC 7-digit Student ID number (ex.-0XXXXXX)
- Visit the Online New Student Orientation “Let’s Get Started” website by tapping here
- Enter your PCC 7-digit Student ID number in the Student ID, Password, and Retype Password fields
- Click Submit

Questions & Answers
This session is for students who have been admitted to the Spring 2024 semester ONLY. This means the event is designed for full-time curriculum students who are starting classes on January 5, 2024.
