Better Skills, Better Jobs Career Fair 2025 - Job Seekers
Description
Job seekers are invited to the “Better Skills, Better Jobs” Career Fair on Thursday, October 2 at the Greenville Convention Center between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Local businesses and industries will be on-hand to speak with you about your interests, goals, and opportunities to join the local workforce.
Last year, 1,130 career seekers attended this regional career fair and had the opportunity to meet with 132 employers and education resource vendors. Several employers held on-site interviews with some attendees leaving with a job offer on the same day. We are excited to welcome you to this program and we are looking forward to connecting you with businesses and industries interested in meeting you!
The event is sponsored by The John M. Belk Endowment, Pitt Community College, Greenville ENC Alliance, East Carolina University, Pitt County Economic Development, Greenville-Pitt County Chamber of Commerce, City of Greenville, Cengage, and IBX Media. Community partners include Pitt County Schools, Greenville Utilities, Tradesformers, NC Coastal Society for Human Resource Management, NCWorks, ECU Health, and Koinonia Community Solutions.

Complete the event registration to ensure you are scheduled to visit the Better Skills, Better Jobs Fair. Check-in will take place in the Greenville Convention Center lobby.
At the Better Skills, Better Jobs Fair, you have the opportunity to personally meet businesses and industries from across eastern North Carolina. We encourage fair participants to dress for the job they are pursuing and to bring a copy of their current resume. Don't have a printer? Don't worry! We'll have a printer available for you at check-in if you'd like to have one to distribute during the fair.
